Update - December 1, 2008 |
The recount is currently in progress at the Clermont County Board of Elections in Batavia. At last check, it appears the recount for the Milford School levy issue may be completed sometime tomorrow or perhaps as late as Wednesday morning.
There is a chance the recount may be completed sooner and 4milford.com will continue to monitor the situation.

Update - November 25, 2008 |
The Clermont County Board of Elections met this morning and certified the results of the November 4th election. The final total for the Milford school levy is 11291 for and 11246 against. This reflects the final result including all valid provisional and absentee ballots.
Since the final margin between for and against is within one-half of one percent of the total votes cast there will be an automatic recount. This recount is scheduled take place on December 1st at 9am.
Although there will be a recount, the 4milford.com team believes that the current margin is large enough that a recount will not change the final outcome.
